    Job Title:

    A Retail Service Position at Our West Street Branch

    This is a retail service position that provides exceptional member service to credit union members and employees. We are seeking an individual who will deliver prompt, accurate, and efficient service while representing the credit union in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

    Salary and Benefits

    Starting Salary: $18.00/hr

    Key Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Greet and welcome members professionally and efficiently
    • Maintain knowledge of credit union services to educate members and provide recommendations
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive member information
    • Perform routine cash and check transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
    • Stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
    • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
    • Previous customer service and cash handling experience (preferred)

    Work Environment

    This position requires standing for long periods, working at a workstation, and using a computer extensively. Stretching breaks are recommended to avoid injury. Some light lifting may be required.
