As our Head of Customer Success, you'll play an integral part in changing the face of the energy industry.
Your role involves helping our customers harness the full power of our platform, ensuring they realize the benefits of deploying projects faster, maintaining systems efficiently.
Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive product adoption, increase customer value, improve retention, and reduce churn.Foster a culture of Customer Success within Coperniq, liaising effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, driving revenue growth and ensuring our customers maximize the value from our platform.
Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team that embodies our commitment to excellence and customer-centric innovation.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success leadership role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, during which you have progressed from an Individual Contributor to a Team Leader.
