- Gain subject matter level expertise of proprietary software systems and business processes, through independent research and collaboration with others.
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including user & facilitator guides, tip sheets, user manuals, presentations, videos, and wiki pages.
- Apply Section 508 principles to all content designed and developed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content. Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve and enhance training programs.
- Collaborate on training and communication plans including deliverables and timelines.
- Write targeted communications to end users to support user adoption.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training using a variety of methods, such as instructor-led, self-paced, hybrid and virtual sessions.
- Support evaluation of training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, with at least 3 years in a software training position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing instructional materials and facilitating training.
- Ability to learn multiple proprietary software systems quickly.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and within time constraints.
