    Responsibilities:
    Hours for this role are

    primarily

    Monday-Friday, day shift
    This role may require travel within the metro area
    Compensation starts at $30.50 and up based on experience


    The Information Technology (IT) Specialist coordinates between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT related infrastructure and development.

    This position performs IT operations, maintenance, resolves IT concerns, and advises personnel on how to resolve technical matters.
    Work with Service Provider to maintain the network, IT equipment, or additions to the network at various locations.
    Distribute phones and laptops to employees and provide employee IT Onboarding process.
    Install new hardware/software and troubleshoot any hardware or software problems.
    Coordinate the IT needs of remote employees, vendors, and contractors.
    Takes ownership over projects, timelines, and deliverables with little supervision.
    Maintain inventory updates and guidelines.
    Ability to travel to different locations throughout the day.
    May train and mentor less experienced staff.
    Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred
    Three years of experience with desktop support, customer service, network, and telephony support required
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Knowledge of MS Windows
    Able to provide Office 365 Support
    Basic network skills preferred
    CompTia A+ experience is preferred
    Valid drivers license and ability to drive to remote sites required
