    Description
    Essential Job Duties:
    • Willingness to train and to understand PCI compliance and prep for PCI audits and assessments.
    • Assess the department's readiness for PCI compliance
    • Create and/or update the procedures and documentation to achieve PCI compliance
    • Monitor department and organization activities to assure the department maintains its PCI compliance certification in the future.
    • Support the department's ongoing security and compliance efforts through your knowledge of how to apply PCI Standards
    • Be primary point of contact on PCI compliance during assessments and audits
    • Responsible for the coordination of integration, configuration, testing, quality assurance and order logistics of payment equipment and processes
    • Responsible for root cause, problem and solution analysis of payment devices
    • Responsible for coordination and oversight of processes including procedure generation, implementation and training
    • Strong organizational and proactive planning skills.
    • Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on action items.
    • Responsible for coordinating and supervising direct reports and temporary staffing
    • Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers as necessary
    • Responsible for maintaining production and quality activities
    • Responsible for support of departmental administrative activities as assigned
    Requirements:
    • College degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Technology management, or related degree and/or experience in compliance management, data security, or PCI management
    • Certified CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are a plus but not required
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
    • Must be detail oriented and accurate
    Physical Requirements:
    • Sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
    • Job also requires some overtime hours, including some Saturdays
    • An essential function for this position, based on business necessity, is that the employee must be physically in attendance at his/ her workstation at the designated company office location during the normal business hours designated for the position
