    Our Boston based client has opened a location in Florida and is looking to bring an E-Commerce Manager onboard immediately.

    Ideally looking for 7+years' in an ecommerce role.
    RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and execute the overall on-site Ecommerce strategy for the company.
    Lead, motivate and mentor the on-site Ecommerce team with an eye on conversion and site experience.
    Partner with technology, marketing, and other teams to ensure effective execution of the Ecommerce strategy.
    Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to increase website traffic, conversion, AOV, profitability and reduce cart abandonment.
    Partner with the Online Marketing team to ensure the proper support and traffic generation is in place.
    Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in the areas of Ecommerce across the organization.
    Manage 3rd Party relationships and programs that add features and capabilities that support the Ecommerce strategy.
    Attract, hire, manage and inspire a skilled Ecommerce team.
    Create and manage an annual expense budget and sales forecast.
    Work closely with the marketing team to explore and develop new lead generation initiatives and emerging channels.
    Optimize site design to promote a seamless customer experience and increase customer conversion.
    Develop and lead a content strategy to support conversion and traffic/customer acquisition goals.
    Partner with the marketing team to ensure all promotions and events are fully supported.

    Explore, define, and implement innovative on-site solutions and tactics to drive site traffic, acquire new customers and retain current customers.

    Oversee and direct onsite marketing.

    REQUIREMENTS7+ years of increasing experience managing an online business, including managing strategy development, content acquisition, and/or website development.4+ years of managing a team of online professionals.4-year degree required in business, marketing, advertising, or other relevant degree required.

    Proven track record of leadership and sales growth in a fast-paced online environment.
    Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
    Advanced understanding of online UX, online marketing principles and strategy.
    Proven experience managing online campaigns including paid search, email, SEO and/or affiliate marketing a plus.
    Intermediate knowledge of ecommerce platforms, back-end processes and IT technology and systems.
    Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Strong business acumen, adept at defining and navigating the big picture.
    Highly collaborative with demonstrated successful interactions with internal parties and vendor partners.
    Ability to influence direct and outside teams and to build strong business relationships.
