    Description

    $35 PLUS shift/weekend differentials Full time night shift

    Join our float nursing pool where you can create a flexible schedule that suits you based on our availability. We offer Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN float nursing pool positions at various affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specific area.

    Commit to a minimum of two (2) shifts per week, including alternate weekends or full-time hours depending on available shifts.

    As a Regional Float LPN, your role involves delivering efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family satisfaction. You will also participate in nursing assessments, care planning, deliver direct patient care, and oversee care provided by unlicensed personnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing school is mandatory.
    • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing is essential.
    • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
    • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is required to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors on-site while addressing their medical and physical needs.
    • Maintaining valid BLS/CPR certification is necessary (mandatory for all SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as per State requirements).
