Adequate vision, writing, and documentation skills to perform the essential functions of the job.

You will be supporting people to live their own lives. To do that, you will make connections and build bonds through person-centered thinking. No worries, we'll train you on being person-centered. You will also receive paid professional healthcare certifications to guide you on quality support, documentation, charting, working on goals, and meeting milestones. Providing support may look like going on a hike, having a movie night, or spending time learning and teaching a new recipe in the kitchen. It can also look like doing physical therapy exercises, working out at the gym, or providing personal care as needed.
Our detailed training program supports education and sets you up for success and upward growth within Pathfinder Services.
Pathfinder strengthens communities by enabling people with disabilities or economic challenges to achieve autonomy, inclusion, and stability.
