    Liquor Team Leader Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Team Leader to manage our entire Liquor department. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in achieving sales goals, managing inventory levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service. They will also be responsible for recruiting hiring training developing mentoring coaching motivating building fostering promoting growing retaining succession planning managing evaluating appraising supervising disciplining performance-improving monitoring compliance -related activities
    Lifting up to 50 pounds required Age at least 18 years old required Education High school diploma or equivalent desired Experience Retail work experience Store leader recommendation preferred Leadership supervisory experience Peer trainer in-store champion similar role relevant product knowledge satisfactory performance discipline record
    • Principal duty: interview select train direct productivity efficiency recommend promotions changes status handle issues including complaints; discipline monitor implement comply measures;
    • Build displays merchandise flats backroom sales floor products lifts displays seasonal promotional operations keep records results;
    • Take active role store's liquor assortment resets regularly communicating distributors LOB office staff Monitor ordering receiving stocking liquor products stock shelves backroom opening boxes shelf code-dating;Inquire underage intoxicated individual deny sale alcohol person ensure all staff trained Pathways Report daily liquor sales DOLC Update maintain record-keeping identification files according liquor agency requirements monitor ensure store compliance company state laws policies procedures follow acceptable procedures liquid department meets out-stock percentage shrink level goals item movement plan displays maximize total business.
