Position Summary

• Participates in delivering the nursing curriculum aligning with the program's mission and core values.
• Completes comprehensive faculty orientation, including online modules.
• Monitors learner performance based on course outcomes.
• Engages with learners throughout the education process and assesses their potential for success.
• Adheres to partner facilities' expectations.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge in various nursing practice areas.
• Keeps accurate attendance and performance records of learners.
• Communicates openly with learners.
• Attends necessary orientations and events.
• Commits to focused-care activities annually.
• Ensures Nursing Education Services meet key performance indicators.
• Maintains required certifications and records.
• Understands the job expectations and responsibilities.

Experience Requirements

• Active RN license with ability to obtain licensure in any jurisdiction required.
• BSN, bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Teaching experience in concept-based nursing programs and curriculum development preferred.
• Proficiency in a learning management system (LMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience.

***This role entails on-site teaching at a clinical learning site in Pocatello, ID, not remote or classroom teaching.***
