- Associate's degree in IT field of study
- 8+ years of system engineering/admin experience
- Expertise within enterprise information systems management
- Expertise within OS - Windows/Linux/Unix
- Strong scripting skills
- Expertise in creating/managing system & application integrations
- Strong professional experience with system application & database design
- SQL expertise
- Experience in developing/maintaining ERP systems

- Knowledge/exposure to web servers- Tomcat, etc.

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Engineer to join the team of one of their higher education clients in Metro Detroit. This person must have a strong technical aptitude in Systems Engineering/Administration, and must have strong expertise in Enterprise Information Systems. This position is a hybrid role in Livonia, MI.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
