Job Summary
This management position is responsible for fleet administration and operations in the maintenance and repair of automotive and light heavy equipment.Supervises administrative personnel skilled tradesmen semi-skilled employees in the maintenance repair overhaul inspection of automotive related equipment performs other garage-related duties instructs subordinate personnel in fleet management policy procedure instructions tradesman assembly adjustment motorized equipment troubleshoots develops administers rules regulations governing equipment safety oversees inspection compliance Federal State Local laws ordinances regulations insurance requirements maintains associated documents records budget balances prepares annual bureau budget maintains Bureau Advancement Account acts liaison Pennsylvania Department Transportation prepares processes Commonwealth documents vehicle licensing titling confidential registrations permits securely maintains Pennsylvania State Inspection records recommends ordering activities lifts up 50 lbs unassisted excess lbs assistance reports work remains productive condition includes being influence impaired alcohol drugs establishes effective working relationship supervisors co-workers subordinates general public completes assignments efficient consistent timely manner performs other duties assigned.
