    Company Fusion Medical Staffing seeks skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse for 13 week travel assignment in Oklahoma City. Opportunity to make positive impact on patients while enjoying competitive pay comprehensive benefits and dedicated clinical team support.

    The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care throughout perioperative process ensuring safety comfort of patients during surgical procedures This role involves preparing operating room managing surgical equipment collaborating with surgical team to ensure high quality patient centered care.

    Essential Work Functions:_ _Prepares operating room by ensuring all required instruments equipment sterile supplies are ready functional for each surgical procedure Assists in positioning preparing patients for surgery addressing concerns ensuring comfort safety according to procedural requirements Maintains sterile field throughout surgical procedures adheres to infection control protocols sterile technique Anticipates needs of surgical team providing instruments supplies support promptly maintaining efficient workflow Monitors patients condition during surgery documenting significant changes notifying surgeon Handles surgical instruments supplies following proper use sterilization disposal facility protocols Manages specimen collection labeling transport according to facility protocols ensures accurate diagnostic results Documents all aspects patient care perioperative setting accurately thoroughly Participates in patient handoff communication pre post-operative phases ensures continuity care Assists cleaning restocking operating room between cases adheres infection control turnover protocols Collaborates with Surgical Team ensure Compliance hospital policies standards Follows Hospital Safety Rules Procedures including proper PPE Infection Prevention Measures Performs duties assigned within scope practice_
