A client of Insight Global is seeking a Manual Machinist to join their team in the Aurora, IL areaResponsibilities may include:
Execute standard work with support from others on complex tasks.
Operate and inspect value stream workstation output.
Operate and inspect all tools and equipment necessary to execute standard work.
Test and calibrate simple assemblies according to specifications.
Execute standard work with an acceptable degree of quality and limited quality discrepancies, showing a trend of improvement.
Execute standard work efficiently on simple tasks with support from others on complex tasks.
Identify problems in execution of standard work and request help from others on resolution

Required Skills & Experience
-1+ year as a manual machinist operating a drill press, bandsaw and beveling machines
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
