    Qualifications

    Shall have a minimum five years of experience in customer service or related fields; non-profit experience preferred.
    Shall have experience in relationship management and/or consumer behavior.
    Must have experience in database analysis, data management, and customer identification/research.
    Must be goal oriented and able to report the outcomes of all giving campaigns, memberships programs, and fundraising initiatives.
    Shall demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently, as well as part of a team.
    Job Concepts

    Oversee all stewardship events and activities for the NSU Foundation
    Manage stewardship program and giving levels for donor base
    Maintain prospect management records for Agilon (ONE) database
    Update and assign constituent managers for development staff
    Schedule all press releases, presentations, and publicity events
    Organize and maintain Columns Society planned giving program files
    Manage Columns Fund annual unrestricted giving program
    Mange fundraising campaign spreadsheets and special fundraising projects
    Oversee planning, publicity, and logistics for Fundraising Events
    Coordinate golf tournaments and other dedicated purpose fundraising events
    Manage donor incentive programs and prepare publicity to include social media
    Management and upkeep of the Alumni Plaza Courtyard
    Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of constituent records
