    The Compass Talent Acquisition team is small, agile, and relentlessly focused on identifying and engaging top talent in the marketplace.

    With continued growth in Illinois and Maryland, along with exciting plans for national expansion, Compass is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us.

    This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization.


    What Youll Do:
    Full-cycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and/or operational (corporate) positions simultaneously


    This includes:


    Partnering with hiring managers to create and execute talent acquisition strategiesConducting phone and virtual interviews; leading interview, feedback, and offer processesCoordinating pre-employment background checks and referencesTracking and drawing meaningful insights from recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, hire sources, etc.

    Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as DEI recruitment, early career recruiting, talent operations, etc.

    Providing a world-class candidate experience, refining our best practices and optimizing our recruiting processesDrive impact towards Compass key initiatives

    Who You Are:2+ years experience of recruiting experience; ideally in an agency or high-growth settingSkilled sourcer, with proven ability to find and generate diverse pipelines of passive and talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing techniquesProven track record of sourcing diverse candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong, meaningful relationshipsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesGreenhouse experience preferredAbout our team:No ego we check that at the door.
