    Trainer, Workforce Development

    Develop training materials and provide instruction to meet local workforce needs in manufacturing.

    • Assist with identifying client's training needs and develop custom material.
    • Teach assigned training as an independent contractor based on individual terms.
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate client's needs. Willingness to train off-site or on-campus.


    The trainer will work closely with staff and faculty to deliver high-quality hands-on training that meets specific client needs. This includes maintaining equipment, facilitating off-site instruction when necessary, and adapting curriculum content for varying student skill levels.
