Senior Lifeguard

Responsible for supervising the operation of assigned county-operated beaches, preventing accidents, performing rescues, administering medical assistance (first aid and CPR), and maintaining order according to Sarasota County ordinances.

• Oversee daily operations including lifeguard station management, supervising beach lifeguards, and promoting a safe environment.
• Work with the lifeguard operations leadership team to motivate others and support leadership.
• Develop and train lifeguards on best practices.
