Relevant experience in the electronic product, PV product, semiconductor, and automotive manufacturing industry.
Good project management skills with excellent cross-functional collaboration.
Competency in MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the business work ofequipmentengineers, improving work quality and ensuring the efficient operation of various tasks such as production, quality, repair, and maintenance costs.
Improveequipmentoperation efficiency, participate in the evaluation of new projects in the company, evaluate and implement significant improvements to existingequipment, includingequipmentselection and confirmation and review of technical specifications with suppliers.
Organize the implementation ofequipmenttechnology upgrading and transformation, continuously optimizeequipmentoperation efficiency, increase production and yield, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and save energy and allocate personnel.
