- Develops, implements, and monitors clinical programs and services for the Department of Psychiatry, takes steps to improve patient care outcomes/services
- Communicates clearly with departmental leadership, faculty, and staff to outline roles,responsibilities, and expectations and conduct annual performance reviews
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory (JC, CMS, OMH, DOH) requirements and standards at all times
- Ensure effective management and resolution of departmentspecific patient complaints and critical eventsMaintains proper accreditations and licensing standards
- New York State license
- BE/BC in General Psychiatry or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry-Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency program {ts ' :16:16'} 7D5DB442 A3C3 3A60 EE55E6DC04B54884 Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
