    We are looking for an engaged NEW member of our Growth Team and if you answered YES to the questions above, we need to talk to you

    • Proven ability for year over year brand awareness growth, lead generation, and campaign management
    • Assess and improve lead quality to grow client base
    • Establish cost per lead for the business and achieve 25% improvement YOY
    • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
    • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
    • Strong understanding of analytics and research, and their application to developing, evaluating, and refining marketing and communications activities.
    • Contributing member of business "Growth Team" focused on Key Performance Indicators and business priorities
    • Evaluate and help shape company website and PR messaging
    • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, PPC, SEO

    Knowledge, Skill and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including experience in digital, social media, creative content, SEO, CPA, PPC and affiliate programs
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments
    • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
    • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
