    Description

    Job Summary

    • Assist in designing and developing sound fiscal operating policies and procedures for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.
    • Conduct research and analysis on governmental organization finances, including collecting data, benchmarks, best practices, and process improvements.
    • Participate as a member of the finance team in bond issuance, compliance, debt service forecasting, and other related activities.
    • Conduct fiscal impact analysis, analyze financial and statistical data, and prepare recommendations.
    • Provide data for business cases through Excel models for revenue and cost-saving initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Two (2) years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, office management, or related fields.

    *Degrees awarded outside of the United States, except in U.S. territories or Canada, must be credentialed by approved organizations.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

    • Understanding of business, finance, auditing, budgeting, and legal requirements.
    • Skilled in data analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
    • Ability to research and gather data from various sources.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

    Physical Requirements : Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently.

    • MEET THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION.
