    Job Summary

    Seasonal beginning immediately - February 29, 2025


    Under the direction of your Studio Manager, the Experience Ambassador role is crucial in delivering CADY's brand promise of an elevated Senior experience, and contributing toward the overall success of the business.

    The Experience Ambassador helps to host the overall retail experience while customers are in the studio for their session, then invite clients back to the studio for a concierge level image proofing and ordering process.

    Responsibilities and duties revolve around the three R's - revenue, retail experience, and reviews.

    They have a passion for creating positive interactions, a motivation to exceed goals, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming and memorable environment.

    Top 5 Responsibilities


    • Use sales techniques and soft skills to guide clients during the image presentation- includes helping them understand offerings, choose their finalized images, and complete the ordering process.
    • Achieve individual & studio goals such as target revenue, buy ratios, positive reviews, & upsell campaigns.
    • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, anticipating customer needs to provide proactive assistance.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively guide and educate customers. Stay informed and knowledgeable about promotions, offerings, and any changes in products/services
    • Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, seeking solutions that leave customers satisfied.
    This would include collaborating with relevant departments to resolve more complex customer challenges.

    Additional Responsibilities


    • Collaborate with the photographers and other team members to ensure a seamless transition from the photography session to the presentation and ordering process.
    • Effectively communicate the CADY brand identity to clients. Ensure that the values and messaging in the studio are consistently conveyed throughout the session, presentation, and check-in/out process.
    • Be prepared to handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the presentation or ordering process, working toward finding satisfactory resolutions for both the client and the studio.
    • Assist in training new team members as assigned.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Job Requirements

    Must be at least 18 years of age

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Must pass a satisfactory background check

    Able to communicate verbally with team members and customers

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service

    Ability to multitask and prioritize

    Professional demeanor shown in person, on calls and in emails

    Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues on ideas and initiatives

    Flexible with working in a fast-paced environment

    Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

    Extended periods of viewing computer screens

    Able to walk/move inside or outside for more than 6 consecutive hours

    Significant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, and sometimes crowded area)

    Able to move up to 20 lbs
