    Description
    We're seeking passionate and experienced Cannabis Retail Operations Consultants to collaborate with multiple clients across the US.

    This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to various cultivation projects and help shape the success of our industry in the rapidly evolving cannabis market.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with cannabis retail clients to assess and optimize operational workflows, enhancing overall efficiency.
    Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
    Provide strategic guidance on inventory management, product selection, and customer experience.
    Conduct staff training sessions to ensure employees are well-versed in compliance, customer service, and operational best practices.
    Analyze retail performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
    Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies in retail operations.
    Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
    Proven experience as a Cannabis Retail Operations Consultant with a focus on improving retail efficiency.
    In-depth knowledge of cannabis retail regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
    Expertise in facility design and build outs.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to adapt strategies to different retail environments and client needs.
    Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site consultations.
