Are you ready to help shape the future of South Carolina's workforce Our Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Analyst will report to the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Division located in the Greenville UI Hub In compliance with Federal program requirements, the RESEA Analyst is responsible for providing claimants with quality reemployment services for the purpose of assisting them to quickly reenter the workforce and reduce the duration of filing for UI benefits The RESEA Analyst provides one-on-one assessment of continuing UI eligibility Reemployment services include the development of an individual reemployment plan resume assistance provision of labor market information quality job referrals Wagner-Peyser enrollment WIOA orientation This role requires a dependable customer service-oriented individual with excellent listening skills sound judgment initiative.
