5-7 years of experience managing IT-related projects specifically leading efforts related to the modernization of websites which includes website development/website management/content management projects. PMP certification preferred, not mandatory. Certified Scrum Master certification preferred, not mandatory.

Essential Skills: (Or Attach Job Description)

Experience as a website developer for Government or commercial websites

Experience in the modernization of websites from assessment, recommendations, to buildout, training, and branding

Experience with content management systems

In-depth experience using WordPress content management system

Experience performing the following Project Management tasks:

Responsible for oversight and delivery of multiple IT projects in the commercial, federal, and/or SLED sector

Manage cross-functional project teams in the development of websites, including assessments, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment

Develop detailed project plans and resource estimates.

Conduct project reviews with clients and senior management.

Manage teams of developers, business analysts, and quality engineers through the website development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
