Experience:
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:
All candidate submissions are at D/E/N ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULES, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit. They cannot approve straight day shifts (36 or 48hs).

An opportunity to provide holistic care to the liver and kidney transplant populations as well as general surgery patients. This fast passed unit cares for patients both pre and post transplants. Candidates should have transplant specific experience including recognition of signs and symptoms of post-transplant complications (including bleeding, electrolyte imbalances, early signs of sepsis), familiarity with administration of monoclonal antibodies and wound/ drain care.
