Pediatrics physician job in Massachusetts : A federally qualified health center in southeastern Massachusetts strives to find a Pediatrician for a fast-paced office to serve as Medical Director of Pediatrics.

Practice Information Join a team of 30 medical providers and 40 nurses Monday through Friday work week.

Occasional Saturdays Light call Medical Director duties will include maintaining collaborative relationships with staff and ensuring efficient and effective operations and quality patient care.

Establish and maintain systems to ensure patient service and clinical data flow support organizational objectives. Provide effective leadership and strategic direction in planning, developing, and implementing strategic and tactical clinical information systems.
