As a Residential Clinical Administrator with Chartiers Center,you will provide leadership and direction to the Recovery Support Service Line including the Residential Treatment Program ,Acute Partial Hospitalization program ,Long Term Structured Residence ,and ID / A Day Programs and Community Participation Programeffectively manage multiple programs simultaneously with strong organizational skills . Flexibly oversee complex clinical programs supporting staff in navigating challenging situations ensuring adherence toclinical best practices Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities supporting Residential Treatment
