OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Telecommunications Analyst, you will coordinate telecom add, move and change requests for Fastenal Branches & Warehouses. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:o Providing telecommunications support for the branches and warehouseso Coordinating add, move and changes for telephone lines and internet connectionso Working directly with telephone companies and internet providerso Assisting with other telecom related projects when requiredo Paying and auditing invoices from telecom carriers


REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:o Excellent written and oral communication skillso Highly motivated, self directed and customer service orientedo Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitieso Work independently as well as in a team environmento Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamworko Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)


PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous customer service experience
