In this role, you will be working in the Great Meadow Correctional Facility's Mental Health unit.Apply today and we'll reach out to answer any questions you may have Job Duties · Provide therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure.
· Group facilitation may also be indicated.Minimum Qualifications · Possession of a license and current registration as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State.
