    Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, strategy, and operations.

    You will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities, managing financial risks, and ensuring the financial health of the company.

    The CFO will be instrumental in interpreting financial data, including balance sheets and cash flows, and providing strategic direction.

    Financial Analysis, Strategy, and Reporting:
    Analyze financial statements and prepare cash flow and balance sheet statements periodically.

    Develop financial plans and investment strategies aligned with the company's objectives, including budgeting and cost management.

    Prepare and present monthly financials, including updating books of accounts and payroll processing.


    Operational Management:
    Oversee the collection of receivables in collaboration with the Contracts Department.

    Review and manage purchase orders for customers and suppliers.

    Prepare, monitor, and review cash budgeting and job costing.


    Compliance and Relationship Management:
    Ensure compliance with various statutory laws (Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI Act, etc.).

    Coordinate with internal and external auditors, and company secretaries for compliance.

    Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.


    Team Leadership and Supervision:
    Lead and supervise the Accounts Department.

    Conduct periodic physical verification of assets.

    Ensure the statutory compliance of various returns and filings.


    Qualifications:
    Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant

    10 years of experience in a Manufacturing Organization would be a major plus.

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

    MBA or Master's degree in Finance would be a major plus

    Hands-on experience in banking, taxes (direct & indirect), budgeting & costing, and finalization of books of accounts.

    Proficient in financial software and MS Office.


    Skills and Attributes:
    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices.

    Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
