    Position Overview: Are you a California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for helping students reach their full potential? ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated SLP to join our team for a contract position delivering virtual therapy services to schools throughout California. This unique opportunity allows you to work remotely, providing flexible scheduling options while making a meaningful impact on students' lives.     Location: Remote (California-based)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy services to students via teletherapy platforms, focusing on communication disorders and challenges.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of student goals and interventions.
    • Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech-language pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
    • Current California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students, families, and team members.
    • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
