What You'll get to Do:

You will help the GROUPER development team decide on the best Agile framework, coach and convert the team that framework, and drive the Agile ceremonies and reporting.

More About the Role:

• Work with the Development Team to determine the best Framework for the team, align that framework with the project's Agile requirements, and document framework in an Agile Management Plan.
• Coach the Development Team on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to the Agile Management Plan.
• Administer and manage the project's Jira board, and work with the Government Product Owner and team Technical Lead to prioritize the Backlog(s).
• Orchestrate and lead all Agile Ceremonies with the Development team and Government stakeholders.

You'll Bring These Qualifications :

• At least four years of being the Agile lead for Development teams.
• At least two years of Jira administration
• Demonstrated communication skills working with Government customers
• Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
• 10 years of experience in systems engineering for information technology
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field. (equivalency of a degree and work experience will also be considered)
• Active TS//SCI clearance.
