- Work with the Development Team to determine the best Framework for the team, align that framework with the project's Agile requirements, and document framework in an Agile Management Plan.
- Coach the Development Team on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to the Agile Management Plan.
- Administer and manage the project's Jira board, and work with the Government Product Owner and team Technical Lead to prioritize the Backlog(s).
- Orchestrate and lead all Agile Ceremonies with the Development team and Government stakeholders.
- At least four years of being the Agile lead for Development teams.
- At least two years of Jira administration
- Demonstrated communication skills working with Government customers
- Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
- 10 years of experience in systems engineering for information technology
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field. (equivalency of a degree and work experience will also be considered)
- Active TS//SCI clearance.
