    As a Project Engineer IV, you will play a key role in leading and executing complex engineering projects. Leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills, you will guide cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and drive exceptional results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, contributing to the success of high-profile projects and shaping the direction of our company's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and fostering professional development.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and actively monitor progress to ensure milestones are met and project risks are mitigated.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource allocation analyses to optimize project outcomes and minimize potential obstacles.
    • Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing and resolving conflicts.
    • Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
    • Regularly report project status, performance metrics, and key milestones to executive management and clients.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating them into project execution strategies
