    Job Description

    We are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

    • Determine strategic objectives and execute business plans to achieve company goals.
    • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage key client accounts.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or challenges.

    This professional will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote products/services and drive brand awareness, as well as create and implement effective pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFPs for practice areas.

    The Marketing and Business Development Manager will also draft proposal letters and business development correspondence, aligning marketing and business development goals with the company's long-term strategy.

    Responsibilities

    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
    3. Develop and execute strategic business plans.
    4. Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts.
    5. Create and implement integrated marketing strategies.
    6. Manage pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFPs.
    7. Draft business development correspondence.
    8. Align marketing and business development goals with company strategy.
    9. Plan and manage budgets for marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA or JD preferred).
    • 8+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing roles.
    • A proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
