    Position Overview

    Our client is looking for a VP of Operations to report directly to the CEO/Visionary. They will oversee and lead all functional areas of the business and help the Visionary position the company for growth and expansion. To be successful in this role, you must be equally able to manage, lead, and get into the weeds when necessary.

    Responsibilities

    • Assess current business operations, tools, and processes and make recommendations/implement changes accordingly
    • Optimize internal operations to facilitate a smoother integration of any acquired businesses moving forward
    • Develop KPIs and Metrics consistent with overall business plan
    • Develop and maintain a consistent company-wide hiring, onboarding, and performance development process
    • Partner with the CEO (Visionary) on short and long-term business planning with a focus on expanding into additional markets
    • Filter and translate ideas and organizational vision into the functional plans of the business
    • Manage major projects, standardize operations, and integrate major functions of the business
    • Achieve or exceed planned P&L goals and objectives
    • Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team and others accountable
    • Demonstrate effective project management and continuous improvement skills

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8+ years in an Operational Leadership role
    • 5+ years' experience managing cross-functional teams
    • Proven success establishing and meeting key business metrics
    • Related experience in the In-Home Health Care Industry or similar
