About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Handyman/Skilled Laborer with a strong background in construction and maintenance. This role will involve performing a variety of tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building techniques and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Assist with carpentry work, including framing, installation, and repairs
• Handle plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks and installing fixtures
• Perform electrical work, including basic wiring and fixture installation
• Conduct painting and drywall repairs
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman/Skilled Laborer, with knowledge of various construction trades
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
