    The Heart of the Role:

    The Financial Analyst –Government / University Services will conduct financial analysis for two elaborate national portfolios, recording data, spotting trends, and deriving insights for the designated locations. This role reports directly to the Financial Director – Airport & Government / University Services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partake in generating monthly client reports, statements, invoices, rent calculations, and rent payments to ensure precision and compliance with contracts.
    • Compile and submit necessary reports for clients to the Financial Director for assessment.
    • Detail client payment distribution to guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations.
    • Carry out revenue reconciliations and address any unreconciled variances promptly.
    • Offer financial reports or analyses to onsite Government / University Services teams and clients as required.
    • Deliver comprehensive month-end variance analysis, pinpoint cost divergences, and EAC preparation and updates.
    • Support multiple contract types: Management Agreements, Leases, Fixed Fee, Time and Materials (Labor-Hour), and other hybrid models.
    • Collaborate with internal and external audits to help resolve any adverse audit findings.
    • Review and audit daily logs, timecards, KPIs, LDs, and contract compliance.
    • Consolidate data from the Business Intelligence system and generate monthly reports, charts, and graphs.
    • Maintain a contract matrix to ensure contractual adherence.
    • Routinely assess performance bonds, KPIs, MBE/DBE requirements, licenses, etc. to confirm each contract meets the stipulated agreement and deliverables.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory modifications, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and budget data entry forms that are precise, concise, and easy to comprehend.

    Experience and Requirements:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
    • Preferably a Master's degree, but it's not mandatory.
    • Five or more years of financial management experience.
    • Preferably experienced in government finances or contracts.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
    • Internally Certified Pricing Analyst with knowledge of GAAP, FAR, and IFRS standards and best practices.
    • Adept at mitigating challenges and leading others to overcome obstacles (Never Ever Give Up Attitude).
    • Capable of interpreting policies, procedures, and standard business practices.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
    • Some occasional travel required (less than 20% frequency).
