- Expertise in Microsoft technologies (.Net (C#), SQL, etc.) with practical software development experience in a Microsoft environment.
- Familiarity with Azure PaaS, Sitecore, SaaS platforms, cloud-native technologies, and micro-services.
- Proven track record in managing internal and external integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking, outcome-oriented mindset with a passion for learning new methodologies.
- Proficiency in agile development processes, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and test automation.
- Experience in influencing and supporting Senior Leadership teams with strategic proposals.
