Service Technician/Apartment Maintenance - Annapolis

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service complete all property maintenance work service requests turnovers building inspections preventative maintenance as requested Service repair replace install items such as stoves refrigerators dishwashers disposals fixtures toilets sinks vanities faucets diverters drains electrical circuits receptacles switches fuses light fixtures ceiling fans countertops cabinets general carpentry window screens blinds interior exterior doors vinyl ceramic floor covering Complete service repair requests in a safe prompt professional manner Prepare apartments move-in specified schedule Perform preventative maintenance tasks required community Maintain company-owned equipment good working condition Perform other duties assigned Requirements Minimum years apartment maintenance experience including plumbing electrical appliances carpentry minor HVAC work Experience apartment turnovers Adhere safe work practices HVAC CFC certifications preferred Ability work independently professionally Excellent organizational communication customer service skills Able work on-call respond emergency calls minutes extended hours including after hours weekends Maintain valid driver license reliable transportation Must own hand tools Bilingual English Spanish plus Our exceptional benefits package Medical dental vision insurance Paid holidays Vacation sick leave K retirement savings plan Life insurance Overtime pay Annual bonuses Rent discount Training Criminal background check Kay Apartment Communities Equal Opportunity Employer
