    Enterprise Content Management Specialist

    This is a unique opportunity to work with Enterprise Content Management systems, specifically IBM Content Manager and IBM Filenet/IBM Content Navigator. The ideal candidate will have experience working with these systems and be familiar with Agile tools and methods.

    A strong Business Analyst with excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills will also be a plus. They should be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business needs and develop solutions using Enterprise Content Management systems.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Enterprise Content Management.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working with IBM Content Manager or IBM Filenet/IBM Content Navigator.
    • Familiarity with Agile tools and methods.
    • Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work with WebLogic, Jira, Java, Linux, Git/BitBucket.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    About This Role:

    We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Content Management Specialist who can work with our team to implement new processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise Content Management systems and be familiar with Agile tools and methods.
