- PRN, as-needed role
- Flexible scheduling $35-$40 per hour
- Location: Lubbock, TX (home health)
- Current unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Texas
- Minimum 1-year documented experience preferred
- Current BLS and CPR certification
