GENERAL SUMMARY
As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will be exposed to all aspects of the casino restaurant, bar and nightlife industry while working closely with the Food & Beverage team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on operations, financials and engagement. In addition, you will be assigned a mentor upon your arrival. You will be working closely with your mentor and manager on a variety of tasks and projects, they will check your progress and give feedback frequently.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH (STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES):
As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will gain exposure to all business operations in the department. As an intern at Caesars Entertainment, you are given the opportunity to identify a business need and address this need through an independent project. At the end of your internship you will present to the leadership team, the results of your project.
