    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • You will be responsible for Managing and mobilizing a team of hourly associates to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals are met
    • You will be responsible for Driving accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations
    • You will be responsible for Promote a positive team atmosphere and champion involvement of all employees
    • You will be responsible for Regular, formal, and informal evaluations and feedback of the performance of hourly associates
    • You will be responsible for Ensure adherence to plant standards (including but not limited to GMP, AIB, FDA, Quality, Safety, Finance, ISO)
    • You will have Bachelor's Degree; (BS Degree in Chemical /Mechanical/Industrial Engineering is preferred)
    • You will have - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment. Previous supervisory experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
