Role Overview: We're seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position in Clarksburg, California. As a vital member of our clinical team, you'll work with a caseload of approximately 35-40 students spanning from K-12. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services for communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing capabilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and approaches to address communication and swallowing challenges.
• Educate and assist clients, families, and caregivers in effective communication strategies and home exercises.
• Promote collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
