Job summary
As a Client Success Manager you will directly support small and medium sized travel clients in the fast-paced, online advertising environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-sale activities in partnership with the Sales team, providing consultative support during the RFP process to ensure hotel property advertisers are set up for success.
- Lead the day-to-day, post-sales relationship with a portfolio of digital advertising clients, driving client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Take ownership of your book of business to foster strong client relationships, leading to renewals, upsells, and revenue growth.
- Partner with AdOps to monitor and influence campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations or upsell opportunities across products and channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, present insights, and deliver post-campaign reviews and business updates to clients.
- Ensure client KPIs, goals, and objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
- Pitch new products and advertising channels to grow revenue.
- Coordinate monthly billing and ensure accurate invoicing for assigned clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital and advertising.
- Professional experience in digital advertising or marketing, with a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem; prior experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic campaign guidance, contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.
- A cross-function collaborator with internal stakeholders to optimize client outcomes and solve business challenges.
- Ability to handle multiple projects & clients on any given day
- Comfortable managing a diverse base of customers across multiple time zones and cultures, with the ability to prioritize competing demands using sound judgment.
- Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including G Suite and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with demand-side platforms (Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk) and/or social media buying platforms a strong plus.
- Business level proficiency in European languages is a plus but not required.
