- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of distribution/manufacturing experience supervising and leading direct reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CAD, and other engineering software and tools.
- Knowledge of analytical tools (Pareto Charts, Flow charts, Time Studies, Cause and Effect diagrams, etc.)
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma practices, minimum Green Belt level or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience implementing a lean culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Must know how to define the problem, generate alternative solutions, and implement the solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of warehouse management and control systems.
- Knowledge of key warehouse functions (i.e. Inbound Receiving, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Replenishment, and Shipping).
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of management.

This role is responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex systems and processes within the distribution center; as well as work to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
Industrial Engineer will assist and lead the distribution center in the design and implementation of critical Continuous Improvement processes which deliver targeted business results.
This position will develop, plan, and execute improvement, customer satisfaction, and productivity processes. Effective communication between all levels of the organization is essential in this role.The industrial Engineer will teach, coach, influence and act as an ambassador and leader in contributing to the development of the Pure Fishing culture and mindset.
This position will encompass projects that drive team accountability and commitment.They will utilize the Lean Six Sigma/ DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) tools and methodology to implement projects that improve key elements of the Supply Chain Process.
