- Working closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and providing recruiting with pertinent information to attract qualified candidates.
- Overseeing and ensuring that hiring processes, onboarding, and offboarding are efficient and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Communicating and coordinating with individual employees, Senior Management Specialists, PMOs, Government (when required), and other groups as needed.
- Data entry, tracking program staffing, and fulfilling resource gaps within the program.
- Being responsible for tracking program-level action items and follow-up.
- Managing the contractor resource personnel list for the program; liaising with the program team including the PMs, DPMs, Team Leads, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Financial Staff and other team members to ensure that all billets are tracked from open to close.
- Working with management regarding Resource Requirements and Management of Portal for Sub-Contractor Openings and Training Coordination to meet Contract Compliance.
- Serving as the POC for subcontractor management and for the subcontractor staffing portal.
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
