Qualifications
Bachelor's degree /related or equivalent combination of education and work experience Associate Business Continuity Planner (ABCP) or Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP)+
Responsibilities
Contribute to the preparation and implementation of operational team plans to ensure key issues are considered Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer focus that meets their needs Monitor all aspects of operations for efficiency effectiveness consistency implement changes improvements as necessary Establish clear system accountabilities authority levels for system access build strong culture accountability performance in order deliver goals Act subject matter expert SME on various matters Information Technology applications systems issues impacts downstream Ensure procedures adhered provide IT guidance expertise support liaising teams levels organization Provide input projects business change programs continual business improvement synergies between teams+
